When do you roast and ship?

We roast our coffee twice a week and ship daily Monday to Friday. Orders ship within 1 to 3 days of the roast date. If there is a statutory holiday, we ship the following day. Statutory holidays, severe weather conditions or errors in the shipping address will cause delays.

How much for shipping?

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping within Canada.

Which carrier is shipping the coffee?

We ship via Canada Post Expedited. If you are experiencing longer than usual delays, please check the tracking information provided with your order. Any shipping concerns can be addressed by directly contacting Canada Post.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied with the coffee or your item arrives damaged, please let us know by contacting us at info@vanandcocoffee.com and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
